The platform

One foundation
under every product.

Porta, Signum, Tessera and Testudo each do a different job. Underneath, they share the same queue, the same record, the same rules for AI and the same access model.

One queue

Every open item, in one place.

Co-marketing requests, ad reviews, compliance tickets, complaints and due-diligence reviews all land in a single queue, filtered to the products your organization uses. Your team works from one list instead of four inboxes.

  • Sorted by what's due, with overdue items first
  • Filter by product, or show only what's assigned to you
  • Every product's items side by side

Alerts

Know what needs you.

A notification bell across the app shows what's open, what's coming due and what's overdue — so work surfaces before it becomes a problem.

  • Overdue items ranked first
  • Pending agreement reviews, tickets, ad reviews and due-diligence tasks
  • The same bell in every part of the app

One record

Who did what, and when.

Status changes, approvals, denials, attestations and document actions are logged with the person who took them and a timestamp. Documents stay attached to the agreement, ad, ticket or complaint they belong to.

  • Attestations captured with the decision
  • Document uploads and deletions are logged
  • CSV export of agreements and audit events

AI with a human in charge

AI does the legwork. People decide.

Castrum uses AI for research and first-pass review: fair-market-value research with cited sources for co-marketing, and pre-review of ads against your rule library. By default, a named reviewer makes every decision.

  • FMV research cites its sources and carries a disclaimer — it informs a reviewer, it doesn't decide
  • If the AI finds an ad fails a rule you mark critical, it can't approve it
  • Automatic ad decisions are optional, only made on ads the AI fully read, escalatable to a person, logged as AI decisions — and AI can be switched off for your organization

Access

Only your compliance team signs in.

Loan officers, realtors and other requesters never get accounts. They submit through your organization's links and reply by email. Inside the app, every request is checked on the server against the signed-in person's organization and role.

  • No LO or partner logins to manage
  • Server-side organization checks on every request
  • Admin seats included in every package

Only what you need

Turn on the products you use.

Each product is switched on for your organization as part of your package. Products you haven't turned on are off on the server, not just hidden from the menu — and you can add one whenever you're ready.

  • Add a product without migrating anything
  • Records stay readable if a product is turned off
  • Packages are built by your account executive
